Bridgetown, Famous Port City in the Lesser Antilles Barbados

Bridgetown is the main island and the largest city in the state in the Lesser Antilles Barbados. It lies on the coast in the southwestern part of the island, and the eastern Caribbean.  This port city was founded in 1628 as Indian Bridge. It was badly damaged by fire and hurricanes. The largest concentration in these place is monuments on the National Heroes Square Bridgetown, Chamberlain Bridge in 1872, the Parliament Buildings, Lord Nelson statue, a synagogue of the 17th century, and many others. you can visit the barbados museum Housed in the former British military, where you can learn a lot about the history of the city, and how the culture side by side. or visit the  St. Mary’s Church was built Georgian in 1827. Besides offering ancient buildings, this place also offers several shops, restaurants, cafes, stroll along the fairing with the buildings on one side and the fishing and cruise ship on the other.
