Encinitas is a city beach in California which is located on the coast in northern San Diego County, south of Carlsbad and Oceanside. Encinitas beach has long been known as the southern California surf, it also is home to more than 50,000 residents located about 20 miles north of downtown San Diego, you can always enjoy a trip to town when you do not ride the wave or soaking up the sun a few on the sand.
