Japanese american national museum is a museum devoted to preserving the history and culture of Japanese Americans, by collecting, studying, and exhibiting a collection of art from history and modern and contemporary art exhibitions, such as photographs, textiles, drawings, archives, paintings, films, and others. This museum was built in 1992 at the historic building in 1925 Nishi Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, then moved to Little Tokyo, Los Angeles, California in January 1999.
